Ship structure cutting: large surface high power, thick plate processing without pressure

The structural components such as hull sections, decks, bulkheads, ribs, etc. are mostly made of AH36/EH36 high-strength steel and ordinary carbon thick plates for ships, which require cutting of 6-12 meters of the entire plate and require the groove to be formed as a whole without splicing errors. The  Ritman GF ground rail ultra large format series is equipped with the Red Rabbit series 12-50kW high-power laser, which can stably cut carbon steel with a thickness of 80mm and a maximum of 100mm, perfectly adapting to the needs of thick plate processing. The heavy-duty bed is designed to resist deformation and is equipped with ship specific nesting software to achieve full cutting of ultra long plates with an accuracy of ± 0.05mm and a groove perpendicularity of 0.5 °, meeting the welding standards of the classification society. The segmentation cycle is shortened by 20%, and the comprehensive cost is reduced by 35%.

 

 

Ocean platform&wind power conduit rack: stable output under heavy load, smooth and worry free thick section

Offshore oil and gas platforms, wind and electrical pipe racks, and other marine equipment have long been used in harsh marine environments, with extremely high requirements for structural strength and welding quality. The core processing materials are high-strength alloy steel and thickened carbon steel.  Ritman large-span ground rail laser cutting machine, with a 30-50kW ultra-high power configuration, is designed with a dedicated cutting process for thick plates. The thick section is smooth and free of slag, reducing the need for secondary polishing processes. Ship piping processing: heavy-duty pipe special machine, one-time forming of intersecting line groove

Thick walled pipelines for ship ballast pipes, fire pipes, ventilation pipes, and wind conductive pipe racks require complex processing such as intersecting line openings, slope openings, and locking openings. Traditional manufacturing processes are cumbersome and result in significant losses.  Ritman TQ heavy-duty four chuck pipe cutting machine, with optional power of 12-30kW, four chuck self centering clamping, suitable for thick walled pipes with a diameter of 200-1000mm, achieving zero tail material cutting. One click completion of intersection line, groove, and locking processing, without the need for secondary processing, with cutting efficiency 2-3 times that of traditional processes, greatly reducing the prefabrication cycle of pipe systems.

Marine steel processing: 3D five axis cutting, customized steel entire process

Ship grade steel such as channel steel, angle steel, and H-beams are the core materials for ship trusses, beams, columns, and steel structure connectors. They require multiple processes such as angle cutting, locking, and drilling.  Ritman GG steel dedicated laser cutting machine, with a power configuration of 15-30kW, equipped with a three-dimensional five axis cutting system, can complete the full process customized processing of H-beams, channel steels, and angle steels. Replacing traditional flame cutting, with doubled accuracy and minimal thermal deformation, the finished product can be directly assembled, effectively improving the processing efficiency and assembly quality of steel structural components.

Superstructure&Outfitting Components: High speed burr free, optimized for medium and thin plate processing

Watertight doors and windows, hatch covers, guardrails, stairs, ventilation grilles and other outfitting components in the cabin are mostly made of stainless steel, aluminum plate, galvanized plate and medium thin plate carbon steel, requiring cutting without burrs, deformation and beautiful finished products.  Ritman FC exchange/FS single platform series, suitable for 6-12kW power, high-speed cutting without burrs, minimal heat affected zone, and no deformation of workpieces. The cut outfitting parts can be directly bent and assembled without subsequent polishing, helping shipyards achieve "unmanned" production and reduce labor costs and material waste.

Ship maintenance and renovation: precise and low damage, suitable for complex on-site working conditions

The maintenance and renovation of ships during operation require the processing of ship repair plates, old components, local openings, and irregular parts, which are mostly made of corroded steel plates and composite plates.  Ritman medium high power universal sheet metal machine, with a power configuration of 12-20kW, small heat affected zone, no damage to the original base material during cutting, high precision, and flexible operation.
